Add to the list if you want. Each suggestion will be audited as cope/non-cope.

Here's what we have so far.

SPF50 (Most important)
Tretinoin
Philips Zoom NightWhite 22% kit
Sema/Tirz/Reta
Methylphenidate
Testosterone (I'm massively anti-steroids, but can be a positive for low T cucks)
Melanotan 2 (Mega looksmax once already skin and leanmaxxed. Short summer cycles + strategic UV exposure)
Lycopene/Astaxanthin/Beta Carotene (copey enough, but seen some people get legit colouring/undertone improvements from it)
GHK-cu (if you can bear the cost). Not staple.
Protein powder and creatine
Minoxidil for nordwooders (and fin/dut)

I guess minoxidil isn't a cope. I'm a huge anti-minox guy but I have to bite my words and say it definitely works and should be added to the list.

Latisse probably cope or borderline. Does it really move the needle? What makes it better than The Ordinary lash serum?

Just for them really haha. And idk.

Steroids will fuck up other things that are more important. The hairloss, acne, gyno sides ARE real.

Minox seemed to have some bad effects on skin from what I saw in others. I never had a need to use Minox. So I'm biased against it I guess.

Pretty much copes man. Heightmaxxing is complete cope.

HGH is beneficial of course. Pricey and marginal in terms of actually transforming your looks.

I'm ranking things on a cost-adjusted basis too. GHK-cu serum was insane for skin and hair for me. But at like 200-300quid a bottle, it's too expensive to use indefinitely.

The HGH+AI growth plate thing just isn't real. So COPE. AIs are cope

For debloat and less water retention? sure, it is used in ill patients too so it should work for us if it does for them.

Latisse is terrible

Literally melts your orbital fat. The Ordinary lash serum doesn’t do that.

But gyno is genetic, no? some people dont experience that side effect
No no.

Getting gyno from roids is possible for anyone with mammary glands, which is pretty much everyone. The glands are enlarged through excess estrogen and prolactin activity in the gland itself. Genetics will determine how the glands respond to the hormones, and the severity or existence of gynocomastia;... a lot of roiders won't get gyno. But it's possible, no one is genetically immune, unless they have a condition where estrogen and prolactin activity at those glands are blocked. Sure, drugs can prevent or block the cascade.

Hair loss is different. Some people are set to lose their hair from birth, and some are set to keep most of it. The DHT only amplifies hairloss at the time of usage; so non-prone people grow it back, and those set for balding just speed up the norwooding.

Roids also age your face. Just look at most roiders. They look aged. You don't need a scientific explanation when you see enough <25 year old guys looking like they're in their 40s.

They have a function but not a general go-to looksmaxxing compound. I used both before.

We're focusing on leanness, skin quality, hair, teeth etc. Not legit hypothyroidism. There are better ways to get lean and stay lean without synthetic thyroid hormones.

steroids are terrible for ur body, gl w ur cancer in 10 yrs after roiding
that makes no sense but sure man, even trt is roiding, inculding for those with hypogonadism

no trt is necessary for hypogonadal men to raise their T levels to a healthy range.

TRT is cope. Just gymcel.

Being on TRT doesn't compound. You can never come off or else your baseline T resets. :lul:

This thread is about systems. Not short term stuff. Steroids WORK. But their cope for proper looksmaxxing. Too much downside and dependence.

Agreed with this.
this is common sense , the goal is to have optimal hormone levels, not supraphysiological or insane levels of hormones . that’s not healthy

hairloss - dut/fin
acne - isotret/tret depending on severity
gyno - AI

why wouldn't you take test?
