Just any SPF to protect your skin. If tinted makes your skin look better then go for it.

Protein and creatine just help me a lot with gym consistency. Almost like, when I take a protein/creatine shake I know I need to get to the gym (or else I feel like they're gone to waste). So helps me with consistency, and not cope for me.
i 100% agree with protein but i try to get protein from real food as it just makes me feel better and diet is one of my biggest focuses. personally myself i never really felt better with creatine and didn’t see too much results but i get what you mean.

Lycopene/Astaxanthin/Beta Carotene (copey enough, but seen some people get legit colouring/undertone improvements from it)
GHK-cu (if you can bear the cost). Not staple.

Minoxidil for nordwooders (and fin/dut)
