Is to activate periosteal remodeling by passive mechanical load with your tongue, known as hard mewing
If you can hardmew right now and feel your zygomatic arch tense up, chances are with enough remodeling supplements, if you get your tissues adapted to that constant autistic load, you might get tissue adaptation, or periosteal adaptation. Not talking about maxillary movement, sutures, etc. Just tissue adaptation to force.

near perfect suction hold is enough in my case and with added pressure it makes the zygos feel fuzzy. Of course this is age dependant. If you're over 25 get double jaw lmfao sorry
