It's conditional probability, given ethnic tax, there is probably higher participation rate on this site adjusted for overall population within ethnics. So unless you think ethnics are less likely to be NT normally, given that someone is ethnic on this website they are probably more likely to be NT.

Although a lot of ethnics are STEM so that decreases nt probability off bat, so maybe it is non ethnics.
