• find a good source, grass-fed organic all that shit. you can buy it online frozen and it will still retain all the nutrients. just make sure its not cooked or whatever never boiled etc
• consider that the liver contains heavy metals because its made to filter that shit out which is why you definitely need a good source for this shit
