People keep repeating mewing, but the truth is that mewing will do absolutely nothing about your hyoid area no matter how hard you mew, especially after 18.
If you truly want to fix your submental are, the only option is to get sliding genioplasty, preferably with submental lipo, but without works as well. The difference between a chin implant a sliding genioplasty here is that the sliding genio, because it moves the chin bone itself forward, it will have an effect on your actual hyoid bone as well, which tends to completely fix that area. If you look at people who get chin implants for example and then look at their after photos, even if they get ok results, their submental area will not change too much. Here are a few examples of a complete change to the submental area, purely from sliding genioplasty.
