Yeah I am exactly if hormones change the voice that much. Look at ronnie Coleman for example super high T, Abused T massively and still his voice isnt that deep.

Just be charismatic and intelligent = just know surface level non-layman words to use in your speech and have a 75 Hz voice and be 6'2"
