But no, not really.
Maybe in the past, but in recent times I've just been perma-slacking off & enjoying myself.
Perceived smartness in real life is 95% of the time just how much time and effort you're willing to waste on academic achievements.

how did you come to that conclusion? im only asking because i have a fair amount of academic achievements (was too chopped to be properly social and too malnourished to properly gymcel ) and everyone still thinks i'm a moron

like i know the level of disrespect i would get is not purely due to being chopped, i swear people hear me talk and immediately think 'this dumb' like they way they change their speech patterns is disrespectful asf

But I've come to that conclusion because that's the easiest & most feasible way for normies to quickly decide how smart you are to them.
If someone says they study STEM at Oxford or whatever they'll instantly be seen as someone smart by most people.

damn bruh the way i had to LIE about what my major was in because if i told the truth people thought i was making it up to COMPENSATE for my visible lack of intelligence

their eyes be like 'how dumb must this guy be to think we will believe he is actually studying that'

and people have the audacity to question my willingness to house my 401k for surgery .
