The only reasons i believe brain chips should be allowed

1. to treat someone with a health issue

2. for linguists to be able to speak any language

3. any technical job related to computers, maths, science and ect

other then those, i dont beleive the averege person should have one.

also there should be very strict laws protecting the user, and it should NOT be privatised

am i missing any?
