Why does it matter?
Ultimately this is the trump gaslight card that can tower a strong person if enough people say it. Why? Because there is no right answer to the question (besides below). Saying “no” betrays yourself and gives them control over you as you are forced to act non racist all the time after having admitting to being non-racist and nobody with any iq would ever do that. Betrayal of yourself will lower your confidence. Therefore do as follows:
If someone calls you racist just say “if you say so”. It’s breaks the whole gaslighting framework to pieces immediately. They will then say “so you are racist then” to which you say “only if you say so”. Then if they call you racist again you say “I said only if you say so, so you are attempting to cause racism, is that your purpose?”
It’s the same thing Jesus did when he was questioned about being the king of the Jews. They wanted him to answer but he refused and they could find no fault in him because they were forced to take responsibility when he replied this way and their gaslighting backfired.
