What inspired me to make this thread was enchanted_elixir's thread on the same topic and it reminded me of the days when I was grey and I was ruthlessly bullied by OLDFAGS

What is Greyism?
"Greyism" Refers to the discrimination and hostility experienced by NEWFAGS with grey colored usernames, known as "greycels." This phenomenon is rooted in the forum's established user hierarchy, where OLDFAG members often subject newcomers to bullying solely based on their status as a grey name.
The core of Greyism is an assumption that most greycels are "larpers" who discovered the forum through platforms like TikTok or Discord. These users are often seen as tourists who will lose interest and leave within a month. Consequentialy, even genuine new members are prejudged and often bullied off the website before they have a chance to settle.
Why Greyists Act This Way
Now, you might be asking; IT'S NOT ENTIRELY THEIR FAULT! Why does greyism exist? It's a little complicated. It dates way back to the early pre hisotric era.
From a biological perspective:
- Early humans lived in small tribes.
- Survival depended on trusting your own group.
- Strangers could mean danger.
Because of this, the brain developed a tendency to:
- Feel safer with people who look, speak, and act like you.
- Be more cautious or suspicious of people who seem different.
Solutions
In Dec 31, 2025, a user by the name of @enchanted_elixir (a well known member and a great contributor I believe) tried to initiate an emergency meeting with @Master (a fat jewmali rat who only cares about money and doesn't give a shit about us) to discuss Greyism and how much damage it has done to the forum. He proposed many great solutions that seemed good at hindsight but had their flaws which I will later breakdown and explain. Now, you'd expect the moderators or Master to take action and discuss the matter with him seeing how serious the matter is, but no, they did not
because as I've said it before, the only thing that this jewmali nigga cares about is MONEY <--- Remember this because it'll be very important later. I will now break down every solution he proposed and their flaws
