Now obviously I’m talking about supplements not things like tren or vials of testosterone
1. L cartinine tartrate (LCLT)
Basically what this can do is primarily increase effectiveness of your testosterone through enhancing the sensitivity of your androgen receptors which basically control how your testosterone is used
For example a person with 1000 test naturally but with very low androgen receptor sensitivity isn’t actually using all of that test efficiently
But someone with 500 test total with high androgen receptor sensitivity is gonna be seen as having higher testosterone.
(Also decreases estrogenic and cortisol driven bloat)
2. Ashwaganda
This can really help to decrease cortisol levels which will maximise ur test not really anything else to say about this tbh
3. Vitamin d3 plus k2
Increases T and can help with androgen receptors sensetivity,
Also will redirect your dairy away from soft tissues like ur face to stuff like your teeth and places where it’s more useful
Zinc and magnesium are also pretty common but I do think zinc is a natural dht blocker so I wouldn’t reccomend it but magnesium is good for regulating estrogen levels and reducing estrogen and increasing Testosterone
