Testosterone controls the growth of your mandible and chin and is one of the best ways to grow your mandible if you’re a pubertal male. Testosterone has a direct influence on the growth of the maxilla and makes your cheekbones grow forward. It redistributes fat in the body so it essentially makes you look leaner and it grows the brow ridge, grows the nasal bride and gives you angular features. Hell no bro raw meat has all sorts of diseases and shii, there’s a difference between healthy fats and unhealthy fats. Unhealthy fats are saturated fats, and healthy fats are unsaturated fats. You should consume both but ffs limit saturated fats. They’re found in beef, lamb and pork. Remove the fat from beef, there’s a ton of ways to do so and if you cook on low heat it won’t really kill the nutrients + you can use the fats for other stuff as well.

Remove the fat from beef, there’s a ton of ways to do so and if you cook on low heat it won’t really kill the nutrients + you can use the fats for other stuff as well.

Out of the other 4, 3 said that smoking and tobacco spike testosterone in the short run but decrease overall production. 1 said that it increases testosterone outright. Tobacco’s gonna fuck you up anyways so just stay on the safe side and avoid it

Yeah you’re right but i’ve seen tons of people who went from 300 ngdl to 700 ngdl naturally, pretty big jump though it won’t happen for everyone. Still though, a little free extra testosterone from just having goof habits would never hurt
