Hell no bro raw meat has all sorts of diseases and shii, there’s a difference between healthy fats and unhealthy fats. Unhealthy fats are saturated fats, and healthy fats are unsaturated fats. You should consume both but ffs limit saturated fats. They’re found in beef, lamb and pork. Out of the other 4, 3 said that smoking and tobacco spike testosterone in the short run but decrease overall production. 1 said that it increases testosterone outright. Tobacco’s gonna fuck you up anyways so just stay on the safe side and avoid it

Yeah you’re right but i’ve seen tons of people who went from 300 ngdl to 700 ngdl naturally, pretty big jump though it won’t happen for everyone. Still though, a little free extra testosterone from just having goof habits would never hurt

You should consume both but ffs limit saturated fats. They’re found in beef, lamb and pork. Remove the fat from beef, there’s a ton of ways to do so and if you cook on low heat it won’t really kill the nutrients + you can use the fats for other stuff as well.
