There is a truth older than civilization, buried beneath the noise of self-help slogans and motivational fluff:
They want you to fail.
Not because you’ve wronged them.
Not because you pose a threat.
But because your rise reminds them of their fall.
They are not enemies in the traditional sense. They are fragments... souls fractured by resignation. To see you climb is to relive the moment they chose not to. And so, like crabs in a bucket, they reach... Not to follow, but to pull you back into inertia.
This is not unique to any one group. This is a universal law, mirrored across every tribe, every ideology, every online subculture and offline clique. From the locker rooms to the forums, from the boardroom to the comment section
... there will always be those who cannot allow you to evolve without seeing it as a betrayal of their stagnation.
Judgment is not punishment. It is projection.
They do not see you.... they see the ghost of what they could have been.
You must accept this, not with bitterness, but with clarity.
Climb.
Not in defiance, but in purpose.
Lead. Those willing to walk beside the pain of growth.
Abandon. Those who anchor themselves to entropy.
