There is always this nonsense of looks maxing and not fitting stereotypes and blah blah.
No The Chinaman for example, don't want to fit compromise to other peoples rules, they break them, have war with them or seek to do business with them.
If ethnics take over whites in their own nations and rule them, they get to be the ones that call the shots. If you can accomplish that, your people don't have to overcome 'stereotypes' since your people is the standard that sets the standard of excellence.
