U dont need to do anything aslong as ur not drinking aswell. The damage is hugely overrated/exxagerated unless ur taking stupid doses like pros taking 10 anadrol 50s.. Now if ur talking long term steroid use and eating above wht ur body should be bcause ur holding allot of muscle u will likely develop fatty liver. Fasting (as in fasting for 3-5 days) is good for that plus just extremely low carbs and fat for a while. U wont lose muscle while fasting especially on juice u will appear to but will blow up within 2 days of eating properly because u just lost water weight.
