I tried it all, Dut, Fin, minox, I'm just too high t. I lost a fuck ton of hairs in the back but only managed to regrow temple hairs from this thing I'm about to mention.

It sucks I've been dealing with it for years. Not larping and not trolling, I started rubbing E cream there and I think it'll work but it takes 1 year to show results. I rubbed e cream on my temples and it started regrowing but after derma stamping + e gel for 3 months, baby hairs showed up. Hopefully it doesn't go systemic. I watched a mpmd video on it and it could theoretically work.

HT are meme tier but I think this will work.
