It feels like I’m speaking to a wall most of the time ngl. I can comfortably say that if my whole physical appearance (not just face) would change to the better, my happiness and mood would change to the better likewise.

obv I still have other things in my life which don’t work out how I want them to.
But if I am completely honest they all are atleast to some extend effected by my physical appearance.
For example I know that I need to socialize more but it’s hard for me to bring up the motivation to ask someone to go out when I don’t like the way I look
