I think it was football related, the day before someone kicked a ball and it went right into my dick. Then I woke up the next morning with the most excruciating pain in my testicles, I thought it was from sleeping weird so I ignored it. Then it got too bad and told my dad to take me to the hospital. Luckily I got there in time otherwise if they didn't do surgery I would've lost one. Theres no way to prevent it, my friends that have also had it got it from something sports related.
