overhead presses and back rows

obviously if you are skinny fat you might have to do more but for real men this is all you need get a barbell gym is cope

Bridging is great too if you don’t want back pain and squats as well.

Bridging helps stretch out your spine too for a couple cm of height.

that last variant is when you bend over backwards from standing straight and then use back power to bring yourself up again.
