Giving all men NW0-1.5 would ease all the pain in the world. Balding is extremely stressful and results in unchecked anger and hatred to anyone in their vicinity.

World leaders would have restored hairlines. The citizens would have NW0’s and NW’1’s. Life would be bliss. No reason to lash out on surrounding villages or countries when you have your confidence.
