I've been in the looksmaxing org for a while and let's be honest most of the shit doesn't work - The only real factors are:
- NO FAP - so you actually want to talk to women
- Exercise - So you are not fat
- Minimizing phone usage so you are not a addicted reels scroller
Considering of course the only purpose most of us are looksmaxxing is to get better PR with women
