Comparing yourself to other men irl. I was working at construction site for 2-3 years as a kid (19-22 years old). I was workin with 8/10 chad there. Out of every 10 decent girls, 9 were staring at him/smiling/saying hi etc. Rarely any other guy in this job got any attention from girls. You can do it in your circle of friends. Go out with friends who you think are close to you in looks. If they get more attention than you - you are uglier then them and you just don't realize it. There are guys who look good but have body dysmorphia and they don't even know how bitches wants their dicks, while there are guys who are ugly as fuck and they think they are hot shit while they are invisible. Use the stuff I just described and ROPE ASAP.
