More like high sentient, or highly questionning life. Sadly, it's sometimes a burden, and you are always deeply sad to see the state of the world for materialy and methaphysically.
Beeing low sentient, and high IQ, will be easier in this day and age, just get money, don't have feelings, ascend, and rely fully on your neurotransmittors until it fries - but you'll be old enough by then so who cares - to see it was just an illusion, and true contentement is never to be found in materiality.

The sexual liberation degeneracy has snowballed out of control. While your idea would work, allowing the goverment to have primary control over the media will have negative consequences. JFL if you think the government will allow free speech.

The governement does need to interviene social media at some point, but I think we are to far gone. I believe traditionalism will rise up again as people will eventually realise that pure sexual liberation is bad for society and the birth rate plummets. However I dont see this happening for atleast another 2 generations. Everywhere will be like japan, where most men rot inside watching anime or wagecucking too hard to start a family. (Women will also be wagecucking but the amount of single permarotter women will be much lower then men.)
