Stop bonesmashing and doing weird shit only things that work are:
-skincare and hygiene
-diet and hydration
-gym, posture
-maintaining low bodyfat. Fuck bulking.
-healthmaxxing, sleep
-pharmas
Such as minoxidil, accutane, etc
-peptides and roids
-surgeries
