The origin of the Garden Gnome traces back to the Yucatan with Mayan culture. Mayan priestesses & witch doctors would consume magic mushrooms to decalcify their pineal glands, wich would disable their ability of sight with their 2 front eyes, while activating their 3rd eye. This was done so the priestess could communicate with certain souls & deities that existed outside the light photon spectrum. During this process, the priestess would see miniature beings known as the "Alux." The Alux held great amounts of wisdom pertaining to healing, psychic abilities, & guiding souls to the afterlife.
