lots of gen aleph and zoomers might know sam sulek, gym shark, david laid, people like that who are prominent members of the youtube/social media fitness influencer community
but before they were ever around, a decade before sam sulek's balls even dropped, before fitness influencers were known as influencers, there was jason blaha, the original online fitness personality. along with scooby 1961, vegan gains, and later on alpha destiny might be considered the original cadre of internet online fitness
i want to introduce this generation to the og, what someone like me, who is now 54, would have been watching for information/training guidance while trying to "gymcel" or "looksmax" in my late 30s, early 40s.
