The overwhelming majority of people are proud to be where they’re from

Most Indians are nationalists. Most Americans are nationalists. Most Chinese, Russian, Thai, Canadian, British, etc—they’re all proud and think their respective country is the best. With that in mind, how can you not view patriotism/nationalism as such a pathetic and childish in-group vs out-group behavior?

Such a silly and stupid game that people play.
