Well the adjective pedophillic relates to the attraction towards children themself, paraphilic infantilism is where you imagine yourself as that child. Technically if it doesn't involve sexual attraction to a child it's not pedophillic but you are imagining yourself as a child so it could end up being pedophillic? It's hard to say
