How is it that women can be neurotic and extremely sensitive to any comment you make about them, while at the same time love being insulted and degraded?

My theory is subtle comments hurt more for them than the meanest comments which actually trigger sexual arousal.

This isn't true. It is around chad that a girl is at her most insecure and fearful, and that cortisol spike makes her extremely angry.
When chad says something bad about her, that is when she is at her most sad. If an ugly guy would call her ugly, she would ignore him and justify this by saying his standards don't matter. But the standards of chad do matter. Having no way to cope with this, she gets angry and insecure.
So that can't be it. Chad gets girls angry and crying all the time.

I just figured it out. Girl is sad and angry when failing a social selection process, that is, when she is rejected. This is because women are such fundamentally social creatures that feminine has became pseunonymous with lacking independence. So this is extremely painful for the girl.

This is not the same as a girl enjoying being humiliated and insulted. When a girl is turned into a sexual object by a man, it is the ultimate acceptance of her sexuality. When chad degrades women sexually, he has already accepted them.

Not in my experience, my ex-gf was very sensitive about her looks and her body, even a harmless joke about this and she would get extremely mad, but on the other hand she told me about a guy she used to have a crush on, and the guy simply rejected her with "Girl, you're fat!".
She kept giggling when telling me this, like it was so funny, I couldn't understand how she kept chasing that guy, trying to convince him to hook up with her, when he insulted her so bad...
