I study myself, I see the good and bad within me, I try to maximize my good and minimize my bad. I have a moral compass, I critique my own actions whenever necessary. I try to improve myself morally as a person everyday as an act of worship towards God. I uphold righteousness and justice to make the world a better place, and I start with myself firstly. If I am not a good person myself, how can I try to make the world a better place by implementing justice? Am I not responsible for my own behaviour and actions first and foremostly?

Bhagavad Gita ~ 2:32

O Parth, happy are the warriors to whom such opportunities to defend righteousness come unsought, opening for them the stairway to the celestial abodes.

The events of our life, are a test from God. God witnesses(Varuna/Omniscience aspect of God) all of our actions(Mitra?/our relationship with God through our following His commandments/laws).

This White woman has a Brahmin soul. She believes in bringing people closer towards God even though she's high on drugs and homeless.

Well right, you're assigned to it by birth cause that's the family's area of work.

But that was back then, people nowadays aren't really warriors or monks or untouchables.

So I assume OP means that he wants become a warrior monk or sum

Yes, it's a whole caste, some smart and sneaky Indians though managed to elude this by forming their own cults and proclaiming themselves gurus and holy men...:feelskek:

Arjuna to Krishna/Vishnu... : "passion/rajas drags us away. darkness/tamas dulls our senses and mind."

You can be more Brahmin-like by doing tapas/austerities or meditation or prayer because those are all Sattvic activities promoting Brahmin-like tendencies.

The class/caste closest to Brahmins are Kshatriyas because they are also predominantly Sattvic + Rajasaic. Only they are mostly Rajasaic and less Sattvic while for the Brahmins it's the other way around.

If you can do Tapas for at least 3 hours straight then you have Brahmin tendencies imo.

I think I was born a Kshatriya because when I was a little boy a red ant bit the flesh of my thigh and it was extremely painful but I didn't flick it away, cry or even make any sound. Which reminds me of the infamous incident between Karna and Parashurama.

Even now when I train MMA I don't care about fractures and bleeding from getting punched in the face. I accept it as an inevitable part of warfare. I love fighting and I indulge in it.

The difference between Brahmins and Kshatriyas is that Brahmins are extremely patient when they talk about spiritual matters, they clarify calmly questions regarding spirituality.

Whereas Kshatriyas get a sense of rush and excitability when they fight. Like you see before an MMA fight starts, the fighters pace up and down anticipating the fight with a sense of impatience and have a willingness to act/anticipate getting into the "heat of the battle".

I know all these innately because I have both Brahmin and Kshatriya tendencies. :feelskek:

But I want to be more of a Brahmin, like Veda Vyasa was in a cave or just live a fully spiritual life by living in the tranquil forest devoting myself completely to spiritual practices.

Nonsense. Even today Brahmins will respect a Shudra/someone from the labourer class if they become an ascetic/sanyasi~yogi while the Brahmins themselves are householders living a conjugal life.

Spirituality is open for all castes today. Anyone can read the vast corpus of Hindu texts that are available online and interpret them.

It seems being Brahmin is genetic because no other Hindu from a non-Brahmin caste has written commentaries on the Brahma Sutras.

The only other religion that also makes sense to me is Judaism(Kabbalah).

@2025cel

Being Brahmin is genetic because you need to descend from the gotras of the Rishis.
