Idk man. When I was 14, girls my age had fully developed bodies (DD tits) and were already having sex.

Average age for girls to finish puberty is 15.

And furthermore, 99% of men would get hard seeing a girl this age naked.

Technically, yes. However more developed does not mean more aesthetic.

Personally, 14-17 is preferable for facial development as it's a nice blend of neotenous face and developed body.

Then again, I'm 18, so it's easier for me to say this as someone who is closer in age to that range and is around girls of that age more frequently than most.

14-17 is baby fat face, which shows immaturity, hence it's pedophilic to be attracted to them more than 18+ year olds.

If youre 18, its still ok to hit on 15-16 year olds, however, might be illegal. And your peers will still give you backlash for that.
