Factors that lead to a small head. I believe I have all of them:

1. genetics for a small skull: Yes
2. Any degree of Craniosynestosis: Yes
3. Vertical facial growth/extractions/recession: Yes
4. Class 2 (deep bite) (You could also have SFS): Yes

I don't think there is anything else that can contribute to a small head... I have it all.

The best case scenario is if your small head is *mostly* caused by 2-4, 1. its very difficult to solve because technicaly there is nothing wrong, and thus there are no "solutions". The best bet is probably HGH and k2 but you risk your aesthetics.

I had this. Got it practically solved with a turkish bimax and 7000 euros. HGH is a retarded idea, overhyped and won't help. You need downgrafting and maxilla rotation.
