Elrodis frame + insertions + muscle size and maturity is just absoulutely peak in this movie. Literally unfair to look this good at 6'5 almost 6'6.
BTW @Orc just asking for an opinion do you think his front delts are really good? I do not train mine directly since ive heard they grow from bench and i only incline dumbell press and chest fly machine is all i do for my chest.
Look at this boys shoulders, chest gap is perfect, upper chest is equal to lower chest and its not overly round its a literal chestplate and is squarish not round.
