Low T brainwashed retard to High T
Phase 1: The Brainwashed Normie NPC
Religious retard, eats a dogshit plant and grain diet. A lot of grains and plants, no meat, eggs or actual food. Junk food diet. Fat retard. Gets short haircuts. Strictly believes in religion.
Phase 2: The gymcel wannabe NPC
Religious retard again. Starts eating more eggs to build muscle, still eats grains and plants, retarded. Still a slave, still fat, religious retard.
Phase 3: Discovers raw primal diet, however is retarded
Discovers raw primal diet but is against it still. Believes in religious beliefs like science.
Phase 4: Raw Primal Wannabe
Slowly starts doing the raw primal diet with raw milk like those tiktok NPCs, I wasn't a tiktok user never used the app, but I was exactly like those retards on tiktok who put their muh "primal" food on a cutting board and it's like %90 fruit and sugar and %10 meat.
Raw milk only, cooked meat, is disgusted of raw eggs.
Still believes in a religion.
Has "good hygiene" and takes showers constantly like a slave.

Phase 5: Still scared of raw meat
Wants to taste raw meat, chews it then spits it into the sink like a brainwashed retard. Is afraid of so called "parasites"
