You are right to some extent, but their are things you can do. For pheno optimization you can do several things

Most important will be skin bleaching. Our boy @Blackgymmax has a solid process down for it and has seen solid improvements. Over time you will get lighter skinned which is a lot less threatening

Then for optimizing the rest of the pheno you have to get more caucasoid features, meaning getting rid of those ethnic features like a broad nose, or a dorsal hump on the nose and getting a more aesthetically pleasing thin caucasoid nose.

Then you would get surgeries for the eyes to get rid of those bug eyes.

Once you get the surgeries and lighten the skin , you will get a general optimized look. And also you would need to consider LL if your a manlet. Manlets are seen as more " creepy " to roasties.
