The difference between shit basement selfies and good photos can be literally night and day

But muh amnesia takes a picture while shitting right after waking up and still slays

It is very true that the quality of your pictures does matter and it is the reason why even Chads don't get thousands of matches, they may get a few hundred but usually, they don't get matched with every single woman or even 90% (not counting fake profiles) because although some women will judge only your looks, a lot of them will judge also who you are as a person.

Some girls will only want a good looking guy who lives an interesting lifestyle, others won't care about what you do but only what you look like. Having a good camera isn't enough, you need to pose well, in a good location, in good lighting, at the right angle, with the right lens and the right style.

And yes, just because an 8/10 guy will get way more matches than a 5/10 guy, it doesn't mean that the 8/10 guy is at his best. In fact, if a 5/10 guy who has the best pictures he could possibly have, he may get similar results to the 8/10 guy who takes low effort pictures.

The reason why most 5/10 guys get little to no matches on tinder is not because they are too ugly, it's because their profile is unappealing. Your photos are supposed to show the different sides of your personality in the best way possible, if you don't do that, then you'll be seen as too ordinary.

Women don't have to try when taking pictures simply because men don't care what they are doing on each picture, we only care about what they look like but women judge us differently. A 5/10 guy with pictures at home is going to get way less matches than a 5/10 guy who has amazing travel pictures. And if the 5/10 guy shows signs that he is rich or knows celebrities, he will get a ton of matches, but the same does not apply to women. And when I talk about guys who are 5/10, I mean men who look average in the face (like me).


Also, the reason why tinder is much more difficult than real life is because even a fat girl will not match with you if your pictures look weird and low trust, so a guy who can only take aspie pics will get little to no matches because women will be too afraid of him. When women use dating apps, they have to think about the risk and the reward, so they will usually want guys who are low risk high reward, and those tend to be guys who look confident on their pictures and are good looking and have an interesting lifestyle. That is why it is often the case that the women you can attract in real life are much more attractive than the ones you can attract on dating apps, because in real life, she trusts you more than online.

And guys who are taller will do far better in real life, simply because reading someone's height on a bio is not as intimidating as seeing the proof in person. And if you are bad at taking pictures, it will have a similar effect, in real life, you'll seem more attractive because they will see the real you, while on photos, they will see only your face but not really your personality because when attracting women, both looks and personality are requirements to succeed even if you're just planning on hooking up once.

I only write long posts on subjects that I have a lot to say about, I don't do it with all my posts and recently, I have been doing it far less than before, and I am spending less time on the site too.
