It's an example of how society doesn't actually reward merit. The actual hard work is done by the lower elements e.g. the writers, workers, technical experts, the coders, the artists, etc, all the 'director' and 'CEO' do is 'guide the vision' which is fucking bullshit and not as hard as it's made out to be ("just make it fucking work bro ") yet they get all the credit for everything.

Just fucking lol Steve Jobs didn't even know how to code.
