In my previous thread I detailed what the power of belief is. In this thread, I will describe how to get it and it’s relation to testosterone.
To get the power of belief, you first need to get your mind into the necessary state to allow for a winners mindset and the “power of belief”. You cannot build a house on unstable foundations, just like how you cannot build a winning mind with a brain that is hostile to anything apart from conformity to your current situation.
Go on a dopamine fast. Abstain from social media, abstain from video games, and abstain from this site. Let me explain why, bullet point by bullet point.
Social media
- People showing off, which most likely means for people here, they appear to be better than you, which is not good for your mental state
- your lack of following reinforces your mentality of you being a loser
- you seeing people with quadruple the amount of followers you have reinforces the belief that you are a loser
- You looking at hot girls, multiple of which you probably know irl, reinforces in your mind that you are a loser since you missed your shot with them or never had a shot in the first place
Video games
- makes you addicted to the dopamine of a virtual, intangible world
- Makes you forget about your current situation for a few hours a day, which builds up to months and eventually, years of lost time you could of spent ascending
- burns a hole in your pocket that can be spent on better things that will bring a bigger return in terms of money and general QoL improvement.
- Ruins your social skills. No NT person rots on video games all day, it’s just not the way things are. If you are socially stunted and rotting on vidya, you are doing the equivalent of a Manlet in puberty intentionally suppressing GH production. You are making your situation worse.
This site
- you get addicted to dopamine of alerts
- you get addicted to dopamine of “winning psl battles or roasting”
- The people on this site reinforce your losers mentality
- You start to hyper focus on bad features due to the distorted version of PSL theory that this site preaches, which further makes you feel that you are a loser
I could go on. If you want to be successful, in any capacity, you have to break your mental chains. You have to quit vidya, quit social media, and quit this site. Not forever, but long enough to reset your mind and therefore, reset your chances of success.
If you have to ask “what will I do?”, you are already way too far gone. Go for a run, read a book, lift weights, watch movies, start actually socializing with people develop connections. Build on these connections, so you create a world outside the virtual world, which made you weak.
To extend into my other point, one major factor behind the power of belief is Testosterone.
Testosterone is heavily mentioned on PSL and is no where near underrated, but people rarely mention it’s ability to motivate. It’s what separates men from women.
Women will give up and depend on a man to help them. All the examples of women being “strong” are just instances where they do the bare minimum of what men have been expected to do since the dawn of time. They’re not truly strong, because they are estrogenic. When push comes to shove, they will break down and cry, they will fall into the arms of a high T male who they expect to fix their mess.
Men on the other hand are thrown into the world with the expectation that they be independent and happy about that fact. They are told to work on their own and succeed, and they have. For multiple millennia. Due to testosterone.
However due to decreases in testosterone in recent times, more men arent “motivated” anymore. Theyre more depressed, stuck in a loop of failure. Why? Because they have lower testosterone. I pose a question to all you incels on this site. Look at your father. Look at your grandfather. Half your gene set is from your dad/people related to him. Yet they breeded while you can’t even look a foid in the eye. Why? The most probable answer is that testosterone motivated him to succeed while your lack of it has you here crying about what MALE model looks aesthetic.
The power of belief was standard in previous generations, now it’s an exclusive trait for the few. You have to attain this if you want to succeed and one of the most major building blocks is increasing your natty T levels.
So what do you do? Well as I said earlier, exercise more. Sleep more. Build a pro testosterone diet. Avoid sodas, avoid processed sugars, avoid fast food, avoid anything made up of garbage chemicals. It will lower your testosterone and therefore lower your chances of attaining the power of belief.
People will accuse me of providing an “expensive cope”, but forget that what I’m offering up is literally what humans were build to do, especially men. Do you think men were created by god with the intention to sit 24/7, rot on vidya, eat fast food, do no exercise, and self sabotage? Just lol.
Now don’t think I’m sponsoring roids. I am not. You need to increase your natty T levels. Roids bring problems which you do not need. Get on TRT if your situation is bad enough.
Dopamine fast + clean diet + exercise + testosterone maxxing. That’s what you need to build a mindset that allows you to succeed rather than fail. Do this and you won’t be here in 1 year.
