ive been on a very non strict aajonus primal diet for about 4-5 months now. i still eat some cooked meat, a few potatoes here and there but im 80% following the diet

yesterday i spent 4-5 in super hot weather sunbathing under 2AM sun. my skin got pretty red afterwards, but i had no pain, no actual sunburn, and as of now the redness almost fully went away

cutting out the seed oils and replacing them with lots of raw animal fats really does help

How’s your energy levels if you’re rarely eating carbs?
