not only they overestimate their possible ascension but they also think they're done looksmaxing after that procedure

i cringe hard at surgery / bimax threads where op is like : "i'm done with it boyos, my life can finally start , i'm leaving this site, see u in gandy heaven"

not how it fucking works you most likely need some fillers done , nose job , skin treatments , skin care , sarms , some compounds or supplements, hair maxing , eyelash maxing etc...

you need to adress almost every single feature to look as good as you can , not just fixing one failo with some hardcore surgery and then stop

It really varies honestly. Some people may really only have one or two failos holding them back. But yeah the work’s not over after surgeries. My failos were recessed profile and dumbo ears. Easily fixed with surgery. Already had good zygos, nose, hair, decent eye area. Just had to keep up with skincare and gym maxxing. Skincare takes 5 minutes a day, and gym is just something I enjoy so I don’t see it as a lot of work.

As you mention people need to keep in mind their ceiling, which again varies a lot. Some failos hard to fix (eyes, height, hairloss, zygos). And aside from that everything needs to fit together harmoniously. That said, if surgery takes you from a 3 to a 5, that’s still a HUGE improvement to your life, even if you’re nowhere close to being a chad. It’s worth the effort, people just need to keep the perspective like you said.

If you're here then you most likely need several procedures to be htn at best.

Got my genio done but still need fillers, double my eyelashes length with latisse but I still blepharoplasty and other softmaxxes.

Surgeries should be to fix failos not create halos, that's where it look uncanny and you can get botched for nothing.
