The problem with big names in looks-adjacent communities (mostly on tiktok) nowadays is that the popular people are people who did not, in any meaningful definition, "ascend".
90% of them are people who were already good looking and decided they weren't getting enough attention for their liking, so they decided to find a few bad pics (usually frauded to be extra bad) from before puberty and then put it next to how they look now. It means nothing. It's just like how EVERY girl claims to have been ugly at one point/a weird girl phase or whatever.
The other 10% frauds their before and after.

Compare this to people like loox, who went from MTN to (at the very least) chadlite. Sure, he had a good base, but he still genuinely ascended. People like that Balkanigger Bojak or whatever would've looked nearly identical whether or not they decided to grift off of wannabe incel mexican kids.
