...is that there is some good information here. some very lowkey knowledge about self care and health and looks that not a ton of people talk about, its all about reeling people in, in life. just like andrew tate has some knowledge about shit, some shit he says is legit, other things are just ideology that someone who unironically calls themselves an alpha male would say (cornballs)

ive learned stuff here but for the most, it wasnt worth it. was never worth it congregating with most of you racist, women hating, self pitying, schizophrenic ignorant maniacs. there has to be a better site with norma people to accumulate knowledge
