Introduction:
Before hopping on Botox, you need to know where to get it, how much to use, and how to use it. Don’t watch one TikTok video or read a single thread and expect it to fix your thin lips and big nose. Done correctly with the right knowledge and technique, Botox can actually improve both areas. this is the last thread you need before knowing how to use it right so we are going to dive deeper into it. (Dont mind the bad introduction i just didn't know what to add here)
How does botox work?
Botox stand for ''botulinum toxin''. It works by blocking nerve signals to the targeted muscles, which stops them from contracting. This temporarily relaxes the muscle. (Im not going to make it all hard here by explaining every single thing about botox because i know most of yall dont give a shit and only want the more important parts about this thread).
Things you need:
Sterile place/room
Botox (botulinum toxin type A)
Saline 0.9% solution
Syringes (29-31G recommended)
Alcohol wipes
How to reconsitute and use botox.
my journey with botox:
basically i heard about it ordered it without doing a little to zero research and when it arrived i thought it would be easy but ended up injecting at the wrong way by not going deep enough into the skin layers and also i didn't mark my spots because i thought i knew it all. so thats why this thread is made to help not make the same mistake as i did lol. but yea so i ended up doing these injections:
NOSE:
Dilator naris anterior - 4 units
depressor septi - 4 units
(didn't do Compressor narium minor because i did not know that it was required for an good nose lift result)
nose slimming:
Alar nassalis - 2 units
Dilator naris anterior - 4 units
lip:
(everything mentioned at the ''lip'' section.
Last thing to add: this is my first big thread i've made so it may be not that good and before some of yall start saying that this looks much like the other botox threads. it does have similar things to it but i've added more details to it and explained how to do things and to do it right. this took me like 5 days because of how slow i worked lol. (let me know if i made any mistake and give me tips on my next thread i gotta improve lol)

How to reconsitute and use botox.
For 100iu of botox use 1ml saline
For 200iu 2ml saline
To reconsitute your botox take 1ml on saline and inject it into the botox (wipe them with alcohol pads to keep things sterile)

To use botox you need to know where to injet depends on what muscle and results you're going for.
as you can see these are the layer of human skin
so your question is going to be: at what layer do i inject my botox. answer: Dermis, because it contains muscles and connective tissues.
Nasal muscles (muscles of the nose).
pin at 45 degrees when you feel resistance after 1mm you reached the first layer then you should go until you feel the tight push and sting at 2mm then inject. (always mark you spots before injecting this is crucial to not get any stupid asymmetries like i did).
for lifting nose:
Dilator naris anterior - 4 units
Compressor narium minor - 4 untis
depressor septi - 4 units
nose slimming:
Alar nassalis - 2 units
Dilator naris anterior - 4 units (dont need to do this twice just use it on the first one it does both basically)
Lip version:
so for the lip version this is basically 80% of all you need to know.
for an bigger upper lip:
2iu on each dot. just mark you spots out and inject (exactly as shown in the picture)
for an wider and upward smile:
4iu's on each side of the marked spots under the 2 black dots at your lip.
really just as easy as that.

Keep your head up for 4 hours (dont lay dont only sit upright)
sleep on your back the first night after doing it.
dont touch or massage the injected areas too much the first 24 hours (otherwise toxin my spread and you will get bad results)
keep everything calm and dont do exercises that will cause you to sweat (just LDAR the first 12-24hours)
side effcets:
Small bruises
Swelling
Headache
