I can only pick one cos i tried weightlifting + mma previously and its just too much to handle mentally and physically

Boxingmaxxing
- I enjoy it more
- lose braincels in sparring
- keeps you lean
- protect yourself
- feel more confident with normies
- can bully people easier
- high status

Gymmaxxing
- i hate it its boring and feels shit
- good body is a really good halo
- takes up ur entire life eating bulk diet and gymmaxxing
- lose ur hairline if u wanna cheat with roids
- look more scarier more intimidating



which one do you think is better?

I really want the gym body halo. its very powerful.

But I really just hate it, it feels shit, i hate eating bulk nigger diet,

i enjoy boxing more.. but ill miss out on the body halo

You forgot to mention that with boxing you also get perma-bonesmashed for free

Maybe fix your split bc you can definitely do both
 
Just work out twice a week full body split and do mma/ boxing 3 times a week. Not the most optimal, but you’ll get the gym body halo and the self defense halo if you make sure your nutrition and sleep is on point
