The PSL increase from a hair transplant and rhinoplasty?

I've had the following surgery's. Hair transplant and rhinoplasty. What's the PSL increase to go from norwood 3 to norwood 1 and taking the nose from a bolbus potato to a pointy pretty boy symmetrically pleasant looking nose? I have been told that I had a black man's nose before.



I was rated a PSL 4.5 when lean. What can I expect now? PSL 5.5?
