Dumbass have you ever though about the QUANTITY OF FOOD YOU ATE?

Quantity yes yes QUANTITY

I drank 1 glass of raw milk and still ended up short

There is people who drink 2 gallons+ a day

What do you think is gonna happen when you compare two individuals who eat the same quality foods but at 2 VASTLY DIFFERENT QUANTITIES?

Goes the same for all the rests of the food. There is kids who grow up eating 2 pounds a day and there is others who eat ONLY half a pound a day.

Then the kid who ate half a pound will complain and say BUT BUT BUT I ATE MEAT EVERYDAY GROWING UP?

Clearly not fucking enough if you are a manlet.

Yes quality matters BUT QUANTITY IS WHAT MAKES THE 6’4 CHAD

Genetics is who makes the 6'4 Chad. Don't get me wrong, what you consume growing up does play a role. But for an example in my country where 6'1 is average and I know many people who are like 6'5 who legit consumed only garbage like energy drinks and candy during puberty. And ate similiar shit as a kid. This is kinda just cope man

Doesn't matter lol. My friends who are 6'5 for an example, every time I ate with them. They eat shit like hamburgers, pizza, meatballs etc etc. Just normal food. This is just cope dude. Like okay, I get it. Raw foods can BOOST what you have. But they aren't going to fully make up for your shit genetics. Even your master Goatis says that aswell.

North and South Koreans having a 3 inch height disparity shows just how wrong this sort of genetic determinist thinking is. Genetic parameters are very real but they are not deterministic; you have to give your body the nutrients to grow to its potential otherwise you'll be shorter.

I already stated in my posts that it does matter to some extent. But thinking that eating some food is going to change the fact that all of your family is for an example 5'7 - 5'11 Is insane. Only if you eat the perfect way since you were a baby, could significant changes be seen

Bro on God the summer i grew 6 inches going into hs I ate straight fast food like Whats burger and bbq platters with other snacks i literally rarely ate home cooked meals the whole summer bc I was visiting family. Came back fat asf but way taller I’d do it 10/10 times

True, but they could have been taller with better food. You are right, genetics also plays a huge role, maybe 50 percent or higher

grew up to be 6.4 with 22 inch bidelt eating pretty much vegan curry diet obv started eating meat n complex carbs in my preteens was alr 5'11-6'

parents r 5'7 and 5'5 btw...dad has a crazy wingspan tho but was poor asf as a kid :lul:
 
if ur taller than your parents, you have had enough nutrition 90% of the time
