I would say that's no true

Normies that want to improve their looks now looksmax the same way as looksmaxxers. There is no hiden technique to become prime Chico.

The only difference between looksmaxxers and normies is that only small percent of normies is looksmaxxing (5-10%) + on average they know less info than average looksmaxxers, while I'd say 50% of looksmaxxers are truly looksmaxxing

Popular social guys with many friends naturally looksmax since primary or middle school. They go to the gym casually without trouble, often with friends, have trendy haircuts and clothes, and are lean. Hardmaxxing is much more rare but every normie knows about hair transplants, shoe lifts and the like now. They have the motivation and brain chemicals to be able to do this casually while people on this forum stress about the simplest softmaxx.
