The idea I am getting is that breakfast should be high carb low fat and the meal after/last meal should be high fat low carbIts not something to be concerned about if youre not eating PUFA. Fat oxidises even quicker than carbs, 20 percent fat 60 carbs and 20 protein is good for anti aging
