That's how a true natural bodybuilder would look like lean with dead average genes or ecto genes.

Just do calisthenics at home and jump rope. Lifting is only for guys on gear who have sky high muscle protein synthesis, or guys with tellem t caliber genes(1% of the male population).

You’re somewhat right (still arguable though) about the results you can expect to achieve as a natural but your method of getting there is terrible; you obviously want to do what builds muscle the most optimally in order to hit your peak, regardless of what your peak actually is. Lifting weights builds muscle the most optimally.

using a pro fighter is a horrible example lol, none of them are bodybuilders and most of them don’t even have a biweekly weightlifting regimen. Muscle hypertrophy past a certain point is counter productive in a sport that requires so much cardio and athleticism.

The only people who couldn’t get to that level of muscle mass are people with genuine testosterone deficiencies JFL if u think most men can’t achieve that

5x5 is a colossal scam.
The scam is that 5x5 is marketed as a way to get muscular. It will make you stronger, but it is not bodybuilding. It has neither the volume nor the frequency for adequate muscle development and lacks targeted exercise for hard to stimulate muscles.
 
Still good enough because women don't care too much about ogreness.
